How to log in for the first time

Step 1: Check your email

Look out for an email from donotreply@bhsf.co.uk with the subject line:

“Welcome to the BHSF corporate portal”

This email includes:

• Your username, which is your email address
• Your temporary password
• Instructions for setting up your account

📌 Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if you can’t find the email.

Your corporate portal email address must be different from the email address you use for your own health cash plan.

Step 2: Open the login link

• In the welcome email, click the portal link to open the login page.

Step 3: Enter your login details

Enter the details provided in your welcome email:

• Username: your email address
• Password: the temporary password provided

Continue to the next step.

Step 4: Set your new password

• You'll be prompted to create a new password.
• Choose something secure but easy to remember.

Step 5: Next, verify your account

For security, you’ll be asked for a one-time passcode.

A verification code will be sent to your email:

• Enter your email address and click "Send Code".
• Retrieve the code from your inbox and enter it when prompted.
• Click "Verify Code".
• If you receive an error, click “Send new code” and try again.

Step 6: Complete the login

• Once verified, click "Continue Login".
• You'll be redirected back to the login page where you can now sign in using your new password.

Step 7: You're all set 🎉

• Sign in once again using your email address and the new password you created.
• Your account is now set up and you’ll be taken to your company dashboard.
