How to reset your corporate portal password

Step 1: Go to My Account

• Visit the BHSF website and click “My Account” in the top-right corner.
• Under “I am an employer”, select “All other group policy numbers.”

Step 2: Select “Forgot password”

• On the login page, click “Forgot password” below the sign-in button.

Step 3: Enter your email address

• Enter the email address linked to your company portal account.
• Click “Send verification code.”

Step 4: Verify your email

• Check your inbox for an email from BHSF with your verification code.
• Enter the code into the field provided and click "Verify code".

⚠️ Tip: It may take a few minutes for your code to arrive. If you don’t receive the code, check your spam/junk folder or click “Send new code” to try again.

Step 5: Create a new password

• Once your code is verified, you'll be prompted to create a new password.
• Choose something secure but easy to remember.
• Once complete, click "Continue".

Step 6: Log in with your new password

• You will now return to the login page.
• Enter your email address and new password.
• Complete any verification code step if prompted.

Step 7: You're all set

• Your password has been successfully updated, and you can now log in to your corporate BHSF portal.
