How would you rate the quality of service you have received from us?

It's been really great - the payments towards dental and optical costs have been really quick, and the GP line has been really useful.

One team member had a last minute healthcare need just before holiday and knew that they wouldn't be able to get it sorted in time through their GP surgery - they called the line and were booked in for a call later the same morning, prescribed medication which they were able to pick up later that day - and it all got sorted before their holiday deadline which was a big relief.

How has our plan helped your organisation / improved your overall employee benefits package?

We previously didn't really have any employee benefits in addition to statutory, so this has been a real bonus.

Can you provide any examples of how our plan has supported a healthier workplace or contributed to employee wellbeing?

Some staff have been to the optician to get their eyes tested, and been able to get new glasses, which they might not have previously done.

The GP helpline has also helped staff get to talk to a doctor and resolve healthcare issues quicker than with their own GP, and without the hassle of queues and wait times or having to take time off for an appointment.

Can you describe any features of our plan that have particularly impressed you?

The GP line is really great, as you can get to speak to a GP and get medication if needed, really quickly and easily.

I think the plan is good value for money as well, as most staff need dental and optical services, and it's particularly good value that children are included as well.

What made you choose our plan over others in the market?

We knew about BHSF because of a programme that Trussell had previously done. When we decided to look at EAPs, it was the best value for money and offered the best level of package we required compared to others. We're a small charity and couldn't afford an expensive programme, so this one is great.

Anything else you’d like to add?

It's been really great and easy to use. The only downside is that it was difficult to understand all the different packages and levels when we were getting it set up.
